Synopsis:
In one of Verhoeven's most provacative films, Detective Nick Curran (Michael Douglas) becomes ensnared in a web of sex, lies, and violence, all leading back to Catherine Tramell (Sharon Stone), a seductive, mysterious crime novelist.
